Zurich is well positioned in the AI space with major institutions like ETH Zurich and University of Zurich, top tech companies like Google and a bustling startup scene. Seeing this but feeling like there was nothing connecting everyone we started an NLP meetup ZurichNLP. This was an immediate success and we hosted 7 events in 2023. Due to demand we decided to expand to ZurichAI and host NLP, CV and other focused meetup’s covering the broader AI space.
